GOLDEN Visa Approval Time
The standard application processing time may take around 2 weeks.
1) Submit all documents 1 Day
2) 2 to 4 working days for Initial Approval from Dubai Land Department
3) VIP Medical Test ( results are out within 30 minutes )
4) Resident Visa is out from immigration after 3 to 7 working days
5) Biometric / ID Application in same day after Resident Visa is out
6) Receive the ID within 3 to 5 working days
Property Investor GOLDEN Visa Requirements
- Scan of your passport
- Current visa and EID card copy if applicable )
- Digital Photo with white background
- Title deed, if you own property in the UAE
- Oqood – INITIAL CONTRACT OF SALE
- Developper SOA and receipt of minimum 20% Paid
- Golden Visa 10 years if Property worth above 2 million AED
- Investor Visa 2 years if Property worth between 750k & under 2 million AED
Employee GOLDEN Visa Requirements
- Scan of your passport, visa and EID card copy
- Digital Photo with white background
- UAE labour contract if mainland
- Salary certificate/income confirmation letter if freezone
- Basic salary minimum of 30,000 AED
- Education certificate fully attested and legalised by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and DataFlow
- 6 months of personal bank statements
- Copy of your CV or LinkedIn profile
- NOC from your current employer / sponsor
